POLICIES

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their appointments free of charge up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.

Any appointments cancelled between 24 hours to 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% fee of the full amount of the service scheduled.

Any appointment cancelled less than 4 hours prior to their appointment date and time will subject to 100% of the full service amount.

Emailing to cancel or reschedule an appointment *DO NOT* count as a rescheduling or cancelation.

Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may cancel their appointments free of charge up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.

Any appointments rescheduled between 24 hours to 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment date and time will be subject to a 50% fee of the full amount of the service scheduled.

Appointments may not be rescheduled between 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. It will considered a cancellation. Please refer to the cancellation policy above.

No Show Policy:

If you fail to show up to your appointment 10 minutes after the start time, it will be considered a no show and your appointment will be automatically canceled. You are then subject to a 100% charge of the full amount of your service.

Clients that do a no call/ no show will be charged 100% of the amount of the service(s) scheduled. Additionally any future appointments will require a $50 deposit

Clients with a 2 “No Shows” will be placed under a “DO NOT BOOK” list and will no longer be able to book.

Running Late:

If you are running late please reach out to us ASAP through phone call or text message. After 10 minutes we will have to cancel your appointment and you will be subject to a fee.
